Arizona Cottage Food Law:
Gully Bakehouse operates under the Arizona Cottage Food Law. All items are made in a home kitchen not subject to state inspection and may contain or come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.

Pickup:
The pickup address will be shared after order confirmation. Please arrive on time or notify us if you are delayed.

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.

Custom Orders:
Minimum 5–7 days' notice required for dessert packages and 3–4 weeks’ notice for custom orders. Custom orders will include proposals and agreements that need to be reviewed and signed.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, no refunds will be issued.

Allergen Info:
Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens. We are not a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.
