🍞 Updated Store Policy (April 2026)

Gully Bakehouse is currently transitioning from an Arizona Home‑Based Cottage Kitchen to a licensed commercial/commissary kitchen. While our production space is changing, the heart of what we make remains the same — small‑batch baked goods crafted with clean, intentional ingredients.

Many of our items contain nuts or may come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and spices. We take care in our preparation, but cross‑contact is always possible.

During this transition period, we are temporarily pausing deliveries and shipping as we prepare to move into our new location.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Placing orders and related information

Lead time: Most items require 24-48 hours.

Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled pickup window, so your baked goods remain fresh and safe to enjoy.
Once an order is handed off at pickup, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.

Payment

We accept:
• Credit and debit cards
• Zelle
• Venmo
Payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on any of the event bookings either.
Because our products are made to order and perishable, we do not offer:
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Returns
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
We cannot offer refunds for:
• Taste preferences
• Missed pickup windows
• Items damaged after pickup
• Shipping delays or carrier mishandling

Allergen Information

All products are made in a home kitchen that processes:
• Nuts
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Spices
We cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross‑contact.
If you have severe allergies, please use your discretion when ordering.

Custom Orders & Wholesale

We currently offer a limited number of custom orders, as well as small‑batch wholesale orders (typically by the dozen).

Availability varies based on our production schedule, and all requests are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
