Arizona Cottage Food Law
Gully Bakehouse operates under the Arizona Cottage Food Program. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections. All items are prepared with care and may come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and spices.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Pickup Information
We currently offer pickup only in the front parking lot of The Post Workspaces, 7400 N Oracle Road.
Pick up times
Tuesday to Friday between 11AM & 1PM or 4PM & 6PM
Saturday & Sunday between 9AM & 12PM
Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled pickup window, so your baked goods remain fresh and safe to enjoy.
Once an order is handed off at pickup, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Delivery Information
We offer limited local delivery for qualifying orders.
Free delivery is available for orders over $30 for the following zip codes:
85704, 85737, 85742, 85755
For all other Tucson‑area zip codes, delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance. Please email us at gullybakehouse@gmail.com to verify the delivery availability and pricing information.
Delivery is scheduled based on our weekly production timeline, and we will coordinate a delivery window with you once your order is ready.
Shipping
Select items are available for shipping within Arizona only.
Shipping availability is noted on each product page.
Please keep in mind:
• Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
• We are not responsible for delays, damage, or melting once the package is in transit.
• All shipped items are packed with care to preserve freshness, but some natural variation may occur.

Payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final.
Because our products are made to order and perishable, we do not offer:
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Returns
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
We cannot offer refunds for:
• Taste preferences
• Missed pickup windows
• Items damaged after pickup
• Shipping delays or carrier mishandling

Custom Orders & Wholesale
We currently offer a limited number of custom orders, as well as small‑batch wholesale orders (typically by the dozen).
Availability varies based on our production schedule, and all requests are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
