POLICIES
Arizona Cottage Food Law:
Gully Bakehouse operates under the Arizona Cottage Food Law. All items are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection and may contain or come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.
Pickup:
Pickup is always free at our designated locations during the time slots listed below:

🕐 Orders are delivered to the store every Saturday between 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM.
Pickups available until 7:30 PM on Saturdays and between 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM on Sundays.
Delivery:
We currently offer limited delivery services for larger orders.
• We do not deliver for orders totaling $100 or less.
• For orders over $100, delivery may be available depending on location.
• A minimum delivery fee of $15 applies and may vary based on distance.
• Delivery is free for orders of $300 or more.

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.
Custom Orders:
Looking for something unique or customized? Please email us with your request!
• For desserts serving more than 25 people, please allow 5–7 days’ notice.
• For orders serving 1–25 people, please allow 3–4 days’ notice.
Some custom orders may include a proposal or agreement that requires review and signature before confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All sales are final. As our desserts are made fresh to order and perishable, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.
Allergen Information:
Our baked goods are made with a variety of wholesome ingredients — including nuts, fruits, grains, and seeds. Some items may contain eggs.
While we do our best to accommodate allergen-friendly requests, please note that all products are prepared in the same kitchen and may come into contact with allergens.
We do not recommend ordering if you have a severe nut allergy.
