Hi, I’m Soumya
Hi, I’m Soumya. With nearly 20 years of baking experience, I traded a career in accounting to do what I love full-time. Gully started as a cottage bakery called Cozy Crumbles and grew into Gully Bakery & Deli — built on one simple belief: that wholesome, authentic Indian flavors should be accessible to everyone, and that they belong in every kitchen, not just Indian ones.
I’m passionate about making good food feel effortless, whether that’s through our small batch treats and fresh appe, or through my classes. Our menu keeps growing and or changing because I never stop experimenting.
Gully Bakery & Deli holds a Cottage Bakery License and a Commercial Kitchen License. All farmers market products meet applicable food safety regulations.
