Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering, pickup, allergens and custom orders. If your question is not here, send us a note and we will answer it.
How do I place an order?+
Everything is pre-order. Add what you want to the cart on the Shop page, choose a pickup location and time at checkout, and pay at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase.
How much lead time do you need?+
Most items require about 2 days. For larger orders, please give us at least a week.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
All sales are final. Because everything is made to order and baked fresh for you, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns. No refunds are issued on event bookings either.
What if something is wrong with my order?+
If there is an issue, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right. We cannot offer refunds for taste preferences, missed pickup windows, items damaged after pickup, or shipping delays or carrier mishandling.
Where do I pick up my order?+
Indian Twist at 4660 E Camp Lowell Dr in Tucson, or Amore at Dove Mountain, 12130 N Dove Mountain Blvd #104 in Marana. You choose which one at checkout.
What are the pickup hours?+
Friday and Saturday, 5 PM to 8 PM, at both locations.
What happens if I miss my pickup window?+
Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window so your baked goods remain fresh and safe to enjoy. We cannot offer refunds for missed pickup windows.
Do you deliver or ship?+
We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time, but we plan to in the future. We will announce it here and by text alert when that changes.
Can someone else pick up for me?+
Yes. Just have them give the name on the order.
Where can I find you in person?+
Market and pop-up dates are on the Pop-Ups and Events page. Click any event on the calendar for the exact address and hours.
Where are your bakes made?+
We primarily work out of a licensed home kitchen, and do our perishable flavors and market prep at a licensed commercial kitchen. Everything is small batch, made with clean, intentional ingredients.
Do you use food coloring?+
Natural dye free colors only, meaning no chemical dyes. Any color you see comes from natural fruit and vegetable pigments, along with turmeric and spices. It is why our bakes look softer than what you see in a display case.
What allergens are in your kitchen?+
All products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and spices. We take care in our preparation, but cross-contact is always possible and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from it. If you have severe allergies, please use your discretion when ordering.
How should I store my order?+
Once an order is handed off at pickup, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer. Storage notes are on each product page.
Do you take custom orders?+
Yes, within our style. We use natural dye free colors, meaning no chemical dyes, keep sugar to a minimum, and keep everything as natural as possible, so we do not offer fondant or multi-layer cakes with piped designs. Our designs are simple and elegant. We are always happy to customize Gully Cans to what you need. Availability varies with our production schedule and requests are first come, first served, so reach out early.
Do you offer wholesale?+
Not yet. We are planning to start working on wholesale soon. Please email wholesale@gullybakehouse.com with any questions, or if you are interested in partnering with us, and we will get in touch.
I would like to write about Gully Bakehouse. Who do I contact?+
