These are the recipes she grew up with, all under 10 ingredients, all finished in a jiffy, and all straight from her mom’s kitchen. Light, flavorful, and deeply nostalgic.
You’ll watch each dish come together in real time while learning practical tips, substitutions, and shortcuts that make Indian home cooking simple and flexible — especially in the summer. Pair the finished dishes with any easy protein (even a rotisserie chicken) and you’ve got a complete, satisfying meal with almost no effort.
